We are preparing a piercing jewelry line: implant-grade ASTM F136 titanium and 316L surgical steel, barbells, clickers, labrets, septum rings and belly pieces. The launch depends on interest, and you can shape it.
Tell us which piercing you have in mind and we will let you know first when the collection goes live.
Piercing jewelry sits in an open wound, so the material matters more than the look. A fresh piercing should only take implant-grade ASTM F136 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) or 316L surgical steel: both are biocompatible, release next to no nickel and do not stall healing. Gold in 14k and 18k and coloured anodized titanium are for healed channels only. The Zevira line will cover barbells, clicker rings, labrets, septum jewelry and belly bars in every common size.
A barbell is a straight post with two balls, used in the tongue, eyebrow and industrial. A banana or curved barbell holds the shape of a navel piercing. A clicker ring snaps shut with one press and suits the septum, helix and nostril. A labret is a flat-backed stud that sits comfortably in the lobe, tragus, medusa and monroe. Threadless (push-pin) ends are the gentlest option for a fresh piercing because they change without unscrewing.
316L stainless steel jewelry is the workhorse of body piercing: strong, affordable and safe once a channel is healed. Implant-grade F136 titanium is lighter, holds no nickel at all and is the safest choice for a fresh or sensitive piercing. Good 316L does not rust or oxidize in normal wear; discolouration usually means a cheaper alloy, not real surgical steel. If a piercing stays irritated for weeks, swap to titanium before blaming an infection.
A belly button ring is a curved banana bar, usually 1.6 mm thick, with the charm hanging at the bottom. Septum jewelry means a clicker, a circular horseshoe or a non-pierced fake. Nipple piercings take a straight or curved barbell, while helix, tragus and conch each pair with a clicker or a flat-back labret. Choosing jewelry by piercing type keeps the fit and healing right for each spot.
Bar thickness is measured in gauge or millimetres: earlobe and cartilage are usually 1.0 to 1.2 mm, navel and tongue 1.6 mm. Ring diameter and bar length are matched to the exact piercing and to the swelling of the first weeks, so a first piece runs slightly longer and is swapped down once healed. Every Zevira item will come in several sizes so you can match your own anatomy.
