Returns and Exchanges

This page describes the conditions for returns and exchanges of products purchased from the Zevira online store. Zevira operates in accordance with European Union consumer protection law, including Directive 2011/83/EU, and processes all return requests in compliance with applicable legislation.

1. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Zevira within the legally defined period.

2. Conditions for return

The returned product must show no signs of use, damage, or wear beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and functioning.

The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels, and all included accessories.

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

3. Product exchanges

The customer may request an exchange for the same or an equivalent product, subject to availability.

If the requested product is not available, the customer may choose to receive a refund.

The exchange will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Zevira will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date it is informed of the withdrawal.

Zevira may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

5. Return procedure

To initiate a return, the customer must contact Zevira customer support and provide the order number and the intention to withdraw from the purchase.

Zevira will provide the return instructions and address.

The product must be sent within 14 days after notifying Zevira of the withdrawal.

6. Return costs

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

In the case of defective products or delivery errors, Zevira will cover all return shipping costs.

The refund will include the price of the product and, where applicable, the standard delivery costs.

7. Defective or non conforming goods

If the product received is defective or does not conform to the contract, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with EU consumer law.

Zevira will bear all costs associated with these cases.

The customer should report the issue within a reasonable period after becoming aware of the problem.
